Deposit and Room Charge

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and will be used as a Room Charge.  The final guarantee of the number of guests  must be given one week prior to the event.  This number of guests will be used in determining your final billing.

Our outdoor Patio is available at an additional fee of $500.00 - $1000.00
depending upon the season and availability
