Candle Light Inn would like to introduce you to Christian and Marc Lombardini, second
generation of the family, here to offer you an exciting blend of new ideas and old world
hospitality. Christian has worked in every part of the restaurant, and combines his experience with an education in Business Administration. Marc trained both at the Candle Light Inn, and more recently, at the world famous Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia. He has been chosen twice as a member of Culinary Olympic Team, winning silver and bronze medals for his work. Marc's efforts combine traditional favorites and exciting new dishes.
